Listing Information

When you submit an aircraft listing, we collect aircraft details (make, model, year, price, location, description, photos) as well as private information (tail number, serial number, hangar address, seller contact details). Public listing information is displayed on the Platform. Private information is only accessible to our brokerage team.

Inquiry Information

When you submit an inquiry or contact form, we collect the information you provide, including your name, email, and message content.

Usage Information

We automatically collect certain information about your use of the Platform, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on pages. This data is collected through Vercel Analytics and is used to improve the Platform.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Platform.
  • Process and publish aircraft listings after review and approval.
  • Facilitate communication between buyers and sellers through our brokerage team.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide customer support.
  • Send notifications related to your account, listings, or inquiries.
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve user experience and Platform functionality.
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or misuse.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

  • Public listing data: Aircraft details you submit as public information (make, model, year, price, city/state, description, photos) are displayed on the Platform and may be indexed by search engines.
  • Brokerage operations: Your private listing information and contact details are shared with our brokerage team to facilitate the sale of your aircraft.
  • Service providers: We use third-party services including Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting and analytics), and may use email service providers for notifications. These providers only access data necessary to perform their services.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides encrypted storage and row-level security. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data.
  • Withdraw your listing from the Platform at any time (subject to the terms of any active Listing Agreement).
